Who I am.
I'm as comfortable owning the roadmap as I am in the pull requests. I lead by shipping alongside the team, which means I own the decisions that determine whether your tech scales or breaks, and then I go and implement them.

What I learned is that the hardest problems aren't technical. They're about making the right call at the right time, and having someone still accountable for it a year later.

How much of your week do I get?
A fixed number of days a week, agreed up front and held. I take on few enough clients that the commitment stays real. If you need five days on-site, I'm not your person.
Why not just hire a senior lead full-time?
Often you should. Hiring takes three to six months and a permanent salary, and you can't start it until you know what the role actually needs. I'm the version you can start in two weeks and stop after two weeks, which is useful when delivery is stuck now or you're still working out what to hire for.
